This dish has added suan cai, which is pickled vegetables. It is made by putting vegetables in a jar and marinating it for some time.

Instructions
- Slice the fish into different components, the pure meat and the meat with the bones inside.

- Put some oil in pot

- Add boiling water into the pot.
- Boil the liquid until the soup is yellow.
- Add some salt and vinegar according to taste.
- You can add some rice noodles.
- Take the contents out.
- Boil the soup until it is close to boiling and put in the fish slices.
- When the fish has kept their shape and started becoming white, carefully push it around the pot a little.
- Add some cooked sesame, spring onions, garlic, and hot oil with sliced dry chilli.
