This dish has added suan cai, which is pickled vegetables. It is made by putting vegetables in a jar and marinating it for some time.

Ingredients Amount
Fish One whole fish
Salt, pepper A teaspoon
Msg A little spoon
Ginger and Onion Boil it with some water
Oil Add according to taste
Pickled vegetables Add according to taste
Vinger (optional Add according to your taste.)




Instructions

  1. Slice the fish into different components, the pure meat and the meat with the bones inside.
  2. Slice the fish into thin slices.
  3. Season the fish with salt, msg, and pepper.
  4. Add in ginger and onion water and half of an egg white.
  5. Stir.
  6. In a bowl add some corn flour and pickled vegetables.
  7. Put some oil in pot
  8. Add in the part of the fish that contains the bone.
  9. Fry the fish with the pickled vegetables.
  10. Add boiling water into the pot.
  11. Boil the liquid until the soup is yellow.
  12. Add some salt and vinegar according to taste.
  13. You can add some rice noodles.
  14. Take the contents out.
  15. Boil the soup until it is close to boiling and put in the fish slices.
  16. When the fish has kept their shape and started becoming white, carefully push it around the pot a little.
  17. Add some cooked sesame, spring onions, garlic, and hot oil with sliced dry chilli.
